salt and cloth is a big proponent of sustainable, organic and local food. The fresher the better for us. So when it comes to our table, we're thinking as much about what were serving our food on as what we're serving. Vivaterra shares that vision all over the house as well as the table, but we particularly love the 'Root of the Earth Bowls' made from the discarded root balls of Chinese fir trees.
